You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.  However, please note that should you wish to return an item that has been purchased in error, or is no longer required, we do charge a 30% handing fee of the original selling price. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned to us in the same condition that you received it; in a resaleable condition, packed within its original unmarked or damaged packaging.

Should you wish to return an item due to a suspected fault, please note we will inspect the item upon its return.  If the item is found to be faulty, we will issue a refund minus the original cost of carriage.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is suitable for resale and notify you that we have received your returned item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.  Refunds will be returned within approximately 5-7 working days, however, please check as this may vary according to your bank.

Carriage/Shipping Costs.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.  The original cost of carriage of the item to yourself is non-refundable.
