Siemens PLC Control Systems

Axis Controls were commissioned by one of our OEM machine builder customers to design and manufacture a control panel for an industrial incinerator application. 

This application features a Siemens S7-1200 Safety PLC rack, with a Siemens 12" Comfort Touchscreen with data logging capabilities.

This is a waste winding system for one of our OEM customers who are a film manufacturer. 

This system is built using a Parker 690 variable speed drive and a Sick UM30 ultrasonic sensor for diameter calculation feedback. A Siemens S7-1200 PLC controls the process, whilst a Motrona DZ266 speed monitor references the master line speed.

This is a multi-zone drying machine for one of our OEM Machine Builder customers.  Using six Siemens G120 30 kW variable speed drives with Profinet and ProfiSafe.
With a Siemens S7-1500 safety PLC and multiple operator 15" touchscreens.

This system was designed to integrate a Siemens PLC control system using Siemens Simatic S7-1200 solutions and multiple safety features. 

This solution features a failsage CPU that is suitable for a range of applications by providing a connection to PROFISafe devices via a PROFInet system. 

This system consists of a Siemens Simatic S7-1500 PLC system, combined with an integrated PROFISafe safety application. 

This system is suitable for applications medium to large scale applications that have a high demand on performance, communication, flexibility and technological capabilities. 

This system consists of a Siemens Simatic S7-1200 PLC system.  

The S7-1200 PLC system is ideal for flexibilty in performance and efficiently performing automation tasks.  This PLC range features a comprehensive range of technological funtions and integrated IO's in a compact and space saving design.
